A security deposit will be required on all parties. A party is not booked until a deposit is given to Darling Divas LLC. Once you have paid the deposit, your party is officially booked and you agree to our facility policies as listed below. You are also agreeing to charge your credit card for the deposit amount.
The remaining balance will have to be paid on or before the party date by cash or credit card. The deposit will be subtracted from the final balance. If credit card/debit card is used for final balance a 3% fee will be added. No personal checks will be accepted.
Please give us your best guess as an initial head count when arranging party. We will begin preparations based on this count. We always require a final head count 48hrs before your party date. *** Please call OR email us 48hrs prior to party to confirm the number of guests attending*** or we will have to use the head count given to us initially. Sometimes you have more guests than you expected because not everyone does a good job of responding to your RSVP’s. Please understand that we will charge the per person fee for extra guests that may arrive at the party that were not included in the final head count, this includes siblings that wish to participate (with your approval). Please be aware that though we try to be prepared for unexpected guests, there is always the possibility that there may be a shortage of party supplies and/or staff to accommodate extra guests. Some guests may not show up even if they RSVP. Please remember you will be charged for the final guest count that was confirmed prior to the party, regardless if a child does not show up, because we use this count to make preparations for your event. Spa Party Services will begin promptly at the start of the party time indicated. Please advise all guests that the party will begin promptly at the scheduled time. All activities are carefully planned and any child that arrives after 45 minutes of scheduled party will not be able to participate in all spa activities they may join the activity which is currently taking place. This is necessary to ensure the least amount of disruption to the party. Any child that is under 3 years of age will not be able to participate unless it is for a Tea Sparty. Family members and guest parents are more than welcome to stay for the party however our main priority is making sure the divas have a good time. Sometimes when there is more adults than kids the flow of the party is interrupted. Understanding this policy is appreciated.
Although most companies automatically include a 10-20% gratuity to the final bill, we feel that it is at the client’s discretion to reward a job well done. Please let a staff member know if you have any questions about or would like to add a gratuity.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
We strive our best to work with you when rescheduling occurs, however, it is based on availability. We must receive one week notice to reschedule your party. If we are not notified within one week of party time and you decided to reschedule party another deposit is required. If you need to cancel your party for any reason we cannot refund your deposit, as we begin preparations for your party immediately upon confirmation. We will gladly try to accommodate you to reschedule if it is greater than the one week window of your party within 90 days from original party date. We will gladly work with you on choosing an alternative date based on availability within 90 days of original party. There will be a $25.00 charge for a date-change request by the client. In cases of bad weather, serious illness or other unforeseen emergencies, Darling Divas LLC reserves the right to reschedule your party.
We ask that all nail polish be removed from the divas fingernails and toenails prior to the start of the party. This can be very time consuming especially if the divas have several layers of polish, gel, or glitter applied. This also helps us stay on our party time schedule. If we have to remove polish there will be a $2 fee assessed per diva.
Timing and Space
A party for 10 divas typically runs for 2 hours. If you have less than 10 divas then that means the time will lessen. For instance if you book a party for 4-6 girls the time will be about 1.5 hours. Any bookings with less than 6 girls may have another party or walk-in guest present at the same time.
It is the responsibility of the client, guest and/or guests' parents or guardians to supervise all children and activities relating to the entertainment. We ask that there be adult supervision at all times during the party to attend possible needs or any misbehavior of any child.
We ask that you keep the adult noise level to a minimum so the children do not get distracted. This allows children to hear the instruction of the party hostess.
We are here to ensure that your experience is a memorable one. We do request that if the children are not behaving parents step in to control the situation. We will strive to keep your party under control and guests having a wonderful time!
We always encourage parents to take as many photos and recorded videos as possible. All our photos or video taken by our Company are the sole ownership of Darling Divas LLC and we may use them for promotional purposes on our website,, social media sites, print ads or publications. We always respect our client’s privacy and for this reason, your personal information will not be disclosed to third-parties.
Darling Divas LLC., it’s owner, affiliates, and employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents that may occur while on our premises. We assume no responsibility for allergies relating to food items, clothing, make-up, injuries to party guests, or property that occur before, during or after the party. As a professional establishment, we can assure you we will provide a safe environment for you and your guests and will treat everyone with great quality, care and respect. All liability will lie strictly with the client. You must inform each parent that we will be using hypoallergenic facial products, scented sugar scrubs, and scented lotions. You are responsible for making sure that each child has permission from the parent to use all products. If there is a child that must not come in contact with any of our foods, beverages, products, etc., you are responsible for letting us know and making sure that the child does not come in contact with those items.
The Darling Divas LLC Spa Party packages include rental of spa robes for uses specifically associated with your party. We ask that all guests remain properly and appropriately clothed at all times. You are ultimately responsible for the party guests’ well-being and should report any questionable behavior immediately.
We understand accidents happen. However, the client/ party host will be responsible for excessive damage to any equipment, property, or accessories. In the event that there is extensive damage, Darling Divas LLC. will submit a bill outlining the damage and the price of replacement/repair, which must be paid within 30 days of receipt.

I shall notify Darling Divas LLC. if there are any changes to my party as outlined in my party contract (i.e. number of children expected, party time, hours requested, food changes, etc.)
